Customized packing Potassium Humate Fertilizer is extracted from young active leonardite or lignite,It is produced through physical crushing, chemical reaction,high temperature concentration and and roller curing and drying.

To effectively stimulate plants through the use of humic acids, it is necessary to convert them into forms that have very high chemical and biological activity levels. This conversion “unrolls” the tight molecular ball and creates water-soluble humic acids, either as a liquid or in the form of sodium or potassium salts (known as Potassium Humate/Sodium Humate). In their soluble form, humic acids can readily chelate nutrients, preserve nitrates from leaching, enhance root development, and improve overall crop vigor and yields. Positive results can be obtained using soluble humates alone, or they can be used in combination with raw Leonardites to achieve both short term and long term results.

Manufacturing Process of Customized packing Potassium Humate Fertilizer

Step 1: Extracting and Purifying of Leonardite.

Step 2: Crashing Leonardite.

Step 3: Stirring well

(Leonardite powder -30%, KOH-5%, Water-65%).

Step 4: Reaction - 10 hours

Step 5: Heating - 120˚C

Step 6: Extracting and Purifying

After heating, the materials is transported to 3 settling ponds, one after another, each settling pond 3 hours.

The materials that removes sediment from settling pond is transported to the centrifuge, through which the water insoluble material is further removed.

Step 7: Curing & Step 8: Drying

After purifying by centrifuge, the materials is transported to the curing tank to be solidified by the roller machine which is installed on the surface layer of the curing tank. The temperature of the roller machine is 150˚C. After water evaporation by the roller machine
