Sodium huamte for ceramic is a raw material from leonardite.The final product contains more than 50% humic acid.It has the functions of dilution, strengthening, adsorption, plasticizing and bonding, etc. It is an excellent organic additive.Mainly to reduce the rate of unqualified semi-finished product.

The basic raw materials of the ceramic industry are quartz, feldspar and clay. Ceramic sodium humate mainly interacts with the kaolin in the clay composition. After adding sodium humate to the kaolin suspension, the apparent viscosity and yield value change greatly. Sodium humate is an excellent ceramic additive, which has the functions of strengthening, plasticizing, diluting and adsorbing.Compared with traditional water glass, soda ash and Tian Pu glue, it has obvious advantages and extensive adaptability.

1. Strengthening. It can increase the strength of the ceramic mud culture by about 80%, reduce the damage of semi-finished products, and promote the finishing of semi-finished products.

2. Plasticizing. The plasticity index is increased by more than 40%, which makes mud cultivation easier to form, reduces the cracking of semi-finished products, and facilitates mechanized production.

3. Dilution. It can increase the fluidity of mud and glaze slurry by 50% and is a good degumming agent.

4. Adsorption. Improve the absorption capacity of blue and white materials and other glazes, and reduce the defects of semi-finished products, such as peeling, pinholes, wire breakage, underglaze and shrinkage.
