New-Nutri Granular Potassium Humate Fertilizer can be used in foliar fertilizer, flush fertilizer and compost. It can be used together with other fertilizers to promote the growth of crops, improve the ability of anti-virus and cold and drought resistance of plants. Granular potassium humate is granulated by special process with uniform particle size, no dust and good water solubility. Particle size can be customized to meet customer requirements

Manufacturing Progress

Step 1: Extracting and Purifying of Leonardite.

Step 2: Crashing Leonardite.

Step 3: Stirring well (Leonardite -30%, KOH-6%, Water-65%).

Step 4: Reaction - 10 hours

Step 5: Heating - 120˚C

Step 6: Extracting and Purifying
1) After heating, the materials is transported to 3 settling ponds, one after another, each settling pond 3 hours.
2) The materials that removes sediment from settling pond is transported to the centrifuge, through which the water insoluble material is further removed.

Step 7: Dry the purified liquid

Step 8: Potassium humate granules were obtained by granulating machine

Step 9: Screen out dust
